Joshua Has Fury Contract, But a July Warm-Up Fight May Happen First

Fury has already signed his part of the contract and recently challenged Joshua following his points win over Arslanbek Makhmudov. However, Joshua has not committed to the fight due to his recent involvement in a serious car accident in Nigeria. Promoter Eddie Hearn stated that Joshua is about to receive medical clearance to resume full training and is expected to return to the ring in July, with a potential fight against Deontay Wilder. Hearn also mentioned that they are exploring the possibility of Joshua facing Wilder and then Fury in consecutive bouts.
