Ben Waterhouse, a key figure in the team since 2017, will assume an expanded leadership role as chief performance and design engineer, directly reporting to technical director Pierre Wache.

Additionally, Andrea Landi is set to join the team from Racing Bulls on July 1, taking on the role of head of performance under Waterhouse's guidance.
Landi brings a wealth of experience, having previously worked as deputy technical director at Racing Bulls and deputy head of vehicle performance at Ferrari. These strategic changes underscore Red Bull's commitment to nurturing internal talent while attracting top expertise from the motorsport industry. The team is currently navigating a challenging start to the new era of F1 regulations, sitting sixth in the Constructors' Championship, and has seen several key staff members depart for rival teams in recent years.
