Live Stream: Verstappen Takes on the Nurburgring on Sunday
For an enhanced video experience, please use the Chrome browser. Tune in on Sunday at 11:30am to catch Max Verstappen as he returns to the Nordschleife for a double-header weekend of endurance races at the German track. A minute's silence will be observed at the start of the live stream of Sunday's four-hour race, following the passing of driver Juha Miettinen after a multi-car incident on Saturday. Verstappen paid tribute to the 66-year-old driver. With the F1 schedule halted in April due to the cancellation of the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grands Prix, Verstappen has added the NLS4 and NLS5 races to his expanding GT3 calendar. He is teamed up with experienced endurance driver Lucas Auer in the Mercedes-AMG GT3 car for Verstappen Racing, competing in a 37-strong GT3 field at the Nurburgring Langstrecken-Serie. The live stream begins on Sunday at 11:30am, with the race starting at 12pm UK time. This will be Verstappen's fourth time racing in GT3 machinery in the NLS, having previously won on his debut in a Ferrari 296 GT3 car. He also finished first last month but was later disqualified due to a tyre allocation issue. Formula 1 action resumes on May 1-3 with the Miami Grand Prix, available to stream live on Sky Sports F1.
