Usyk Trains Joshua to Overcome Fury: 'AJ Will Emerge Victorious'

Oleksandr Usyk has pledged to assist Anthony Joshua in his quest to defeat Tyson Fury. Joshua, a former world champion who has lost to Usyk on two occasions, has joined Usyk's training camp and is working alongside the undefeated, unified heavyweight champion. Usyk has extended a warm welcome to Joshua, stating, 'We support each other, work together, and share jokes - it's an enjoyable experience. Previously, we were rivals, but now we're friends.' As a two-weight, three-time undisputed world champion, Usyk has twice defeated Fury and is well-positioned to offer Joshua valuable guidance on how to approach the former two-time heavyweight champion. Usyk expressed his confidence in Joshua, saying, 'I believe AJ will triumph over my friend Fury.' Joshua's promoter, Eddie Hearn, revealed to Sky Sports that negotiations are progressing for a potential fight between Joshua and Fury later this year. Usyk may even be in Joshua's corner for the bout. Hearn noted that training with Usyk has already had a significant impact on Joshua, saying, 'The setup is incredible, and being around the best fighter in the sport is inspiring. He loves it and has been there since August or September.'
