Double Injury Setback for England in Women's Six Nations

England's Women's Six Nations team has suffered a significant setback with the loss of Morwenna Talling and Natasha Hunt to injury. Both players picked up leg injuries during the team's 33-12 victory over Ireland at Allianz Stadium, with Talling being forced off after 43 minutes and Hunt lasting just 13 minutes after coming on as a substitute. This latest blow comes after England had already lost several locks to injury and pregnancy, including Zoe Stratford, Abbie Ward, and Rosie Galligan. Coach John Mitchell remains optimistic, stating that the team will adapt and find a way to make it work, even if it means relying on back-rowers. Talling and Hunt will remain with the England camp to receive specialist treatment before beginning their rehabilitation at their respective clubs. In response to the injuries, the RFU has called up Sydney Gregson and Haidee Head to join the squad ahead of their next match against Scotland.
