Baumgardner Sets Sights on Taylor, Serrano, and Mayer: 'I Want Them All'
Unified super-featherweight champion Alycia Baumgardner is eager to take on the best fighters in the sport, naming Katie Taylor, Amanda Serrano, and Mikaela Mayer as her top targets. 'Those are all great fights, let's get them all,' Baumgardner exclaimed. The American boxer has her sights set on these high-profile bouts over a potential fight with Britain's unified lightweight world champion Caroline Dubois. 'I'm chasing the biggest fights, and Dubois isn't ready yet,' Baumgardner stated. Before pursuing these big names, Baumgardner must first defend her WBA, WBO, and IBF super-featherweight titles against Bo Mi Re Shin at the Madison Square Garden Theater in New York. Baumgardner is confident in her abilities, saying 'I'm hungrier, meaner, and sharper' than her opponent. Shin, however, is determined to ruin Baumgardner's plans, with her sights set on claiming the champion's belts. 'Alycia was my goal, and now it's time to take her belts,' Shin said. The highly anticipated fight between Baumgardner and Shin will be broadcast live on Sky Sports from 3am on Saturday morning.
