Conor Benn Inks Long-Term Partnership with Zuffa Boxing

British boxer Conor Benn has entered into a multi-fight agreement with Zuffa Boxing, marking a significant shift in his career. This development comes after Benn's successful collaboration with Zuffa for his recent bout against former two-time world champion Regis Prograis, which resulted in a 10-round win at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Benn had previously worked with Zuffa Boxing for this fight, showcasing his skills in a third consecutive bout at the football ground, following his epic encounters with Chris Eubank Jr. The rivalry between Benn and the Eubank family was rekindled last year when Benn faced Chris Eubank Jr. twice, first losing and then securing a decision victory in the rematch. After moving down in weight, Benn defeated Prograis at 150lbs, paving the way for major fights in the welterweight division. Dana White, Head of Zuffa Boxing, confirmed that Benn has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract, comprising five fights. White expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, "I like the kid personally and professionally, so we are excited about it." Benn also shared his excitement, saying, "I am very excited to have got this deal done. They share the same vision, and they are excited for the future." This move marks a significant change for Benn, who is leaving Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing after nearly a decade to join Dana White's promotional powerhouse.
