Red Bull Revamps Technical Team to Enhance Performance

Ben Waterhouse, who has been a key figure in the team since 2017 as the head of performance engineering, will assume an expanded role as chief performance and design engineer. He will report directly to Technical Director Pierre Wache. Additionally, Andrea Landi is set to join the team from Racing Bulls on July 1, taking on the role of head of performance. Landi, who has previously worked with Ferrari, will be under Waterhouse's supervision. According to a statement from Red Bull, these changes underscore the team's commitment to its long-term technical objectives and its dedication to nurturing internal talent while attracting top expertise from across the sport. Following a challenging start to the new era of F1 regulations, with the team currently sitting sixth in the Constructors' Championship, these adjustments are seen as pivotal.
