Manchester United Yet to Decide on Rashford's Future

Manchester United's caretaker manager, Michael Carrick, has revealed that no decision has been made about Marcus Rashford's future at the club. The 28-year-old striker is currently on loan at Barcelona, with the Spanish club having a £26m option to buy clause as part of the deal. However, there are reports that Barcelona are hesitant to make the deal permanent at that price. When asked about the possibility of Rashford returning to Manchester United, Carrick did not rule it out, stating that decisions will be made in due time. Rashford has had a mixed season at Barcelona, scoring 12 goals and providing 13 assists in 43 appearances, but has faced criticism for a recent patchy spell. Meanwhile, Manchester United are confident that they can receive a higher fee for Rashford if Barcelona refuse to pay the agreed-upon price. The club is also looking to strengthen their left-wing options, with RB Leipzig's Yan Diomande and Everton's Iliman Ndiaye reportedly being considered as potential targets.
