Glasgow's Champions Cup Hopes Dashed by Toulon in Quarter-Final

Glasgow initially took the lead after a cautious opening, with Toulon accumulating penalties in their own 22, allowing Warriors to capitalize. Alex Samuel secured the lineout, finding Ben Afshar, whose pass inside enabled Stafford McDowall to score the match's first try. However, Toulon swiftly responded, with Scotland scrum-half Ben White's long pass finding Jeremy Sinzelle, who then moved the ball to Gael Drean for the score.
