Marie-Louise Eta has broken new ground by becoming the first female head coach in the top five European men's leagues, taking the reins at Union Berlin on an interim basis. Eta, who will lead the women's team next season, has been tasked with guiding the men's team to safety in the remaining five games of the season. Her appointment marks a significant milestone, following her trailblazing role as the first female assistant coach in the Bundesliga and Europe's top divisions in 2023.
