The final leaderboard for The Masters, the first major golf tournament of the year, is now available. The event, held at Augusta National in Georgia, saw Rory McIlroy successfully defend his title.
McIlroy made history by becoming the first player to achieve a career Grand Slam since Tiger Woods. World number one Scottie Scheffler was the pre-tournament favorite but ultimately finished a shot behind McIlroy. The top 10 was rounded out by notable players such as Tyrrell Hatton, Justin Rose, and Xander Schauffele. The PGA Tour now moves on to the RBC Heritage in South Carolina, with Justin Thomas returning as the defending champion.
The next major men's golf tournament is the PGA Championship, which will take place from May 14-17 and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
