Behdad Eghbali, co-owner of Chelsea, has spoken about the club's plans to sign more experienced players and revealed that the departure of former head coach Enzo Maresca was not a change the club wanted to make. The co-owner also addressed the club's transfer policy, which has focused on youth development, but acknowledged the need to sign more 'ready-made' players to take the team to the next level. Eghbali insisted that the club's owners are committed to improving their strategy and delivering trophies, in line with the club's approach under former owner Roman Abramovich. He emphasized that winning is essential and that the club must consistently win trophies to be successful.
