Joshua Has Fury Contract, May Have July Warm-Up Fight
Anthony Joshua has received the contract for a highly anticipated fight with Tyson Fury, but may first participate in a warm-up bout in July before facing Fury in November. Fury has already signed for the all-British showdown and recently challenged Joshua after his victory over Arslanbek Makhmudov. Joshua's promoter, Eddie Hearn, stated that they are reviewing the contract and expect Joshua to return to the ring in July, with a potential fight against Deontay Wilder. Hearn noted that Joshua is nearing full recovery from a car accident and is likely to have a tune-up fight before facing Fury. Wilder's camp, however, claims that no discussions have taken place regarding a potential fight against Joshua.
