Promoter Eddie Hearn has stated that they are reviewing the contract and expect Joshua to return to the ring in July, with a potential fight against Deontay Wilder being considered as a precursor to the Fury bout. Hearn noted that Joshua is nearing full recovery and will likely require a tune-up fight before facing Fury, with Wilder being a possible opponent. The promoter emphasized that they are open to fighting both Wilder and Fury back-to-back, but Wilder's camp has denied any discussions taking place.
