Preston Stages Comeback to Defeat Charlton

Preston secured a 2-1 win over Charlton, thanks to Brad Potts' second goal of the season. Charlton took the lead through Joe Rankin-Costello, but Lewis Dobbin equalized for Preston before the break. Potts scored the winner in the 65th minute, securing Preston's first away win since January 4. Charlton started strongly, with Greg Docherty and Rankin-Costello going close early on. However, Preston levelled in the 25th minute through Dobbin's header from Potts' cross. The visitors controlled the early stages of the second half, and Potts' goal sealed the win. Charlton boss Nathan Jones expressed concern over his team's home form, while Preston's Paul Heckingbottom praised his team's performance, particularly the energy and threat posed by Lewis Dobbin.
