Double Injury Setback for England in Women's Six Nations

England's Women's Six Nations campaign has been dealt a significant blow with the loss of Morwenna Talling and Natasha Hunt to injury. Both players suffered leg injuries during the team's 33-12 victory over Ireland at the Allianz Stadium, with Talling being forced off after 43 minutes and Hunt lasting just 13 minutes after coming on as a substitute. The absence of Talling, a lock, is particularly significant, as England have already lost several players from the second row due to pregnancy. Coach John Mitchell acknowledged the challenge, stating that the team may have to rely on back-rowers for the remainder of the competition. Talling and Hunt will undergo rehabilitation at their respective clubs after seeing specialists. In response to the injuries, Sydney Gregson and Haidee Head have joined the England squad ahead of their match against Scotland at Murrayfield.
