Veteran England lock Joe Launchbury has confirmed his decision to retire from professional rugby at the end of the season. With 70 international caps under his belt, Launchbury has had a storied career, winning three Six Nations titles and participating in two Rugby World Cups. Following a 50-game stint with Quins after joining from Toyota Verblitz in 2023, Launchbury has seen limited action this term, making just six appearances.
