British kickboxer Ben Woolliss is set to make his second appearance in the ONE Championship on May 16, broadcast live on Sky Sports. Woolliss will face off against Petchtanong Petchfergus in a bantamweight kickboxing match at the Lumpinee Stadium in Thailand.

This upcoming bout will see Woolliss go head-to-head with a former ONE bantamweight kickboxing world champion. Despite battling long-term health issues, Woolliss made a remarkable promotional debut last month, stepping in on short notice to take on former ONE bantamweight MMA world champion John Lineker in a featherweight kickboxing contest.

Woolliss secured a spectacular one-round stoppage victory over Lineker, utilizing damaging low kicks to take down his opponent. The main event on May 16 will feature Chinese star Tang Kai as he defends his ONE featherweight MMA world title against Shamil "The Cobra" Gasanov.

Kai has been unstoppable in his featherweight MMA career, while Gasanov boasts a near-flawless record, leveraging his impressive stand-up skills, grappling, and submission expertise to overwhelm his opponents.
