Double Injury Setback for England in Women's Six Nations

England's Women's Six Nations team has suffered a dual injury setback, with Morwenna Talling and Natasha Hunt forced to withdraw from the remainder of the competition. The pair sustained leg injuries during England's 33-12 victory over Ireland at Allianz Stadium, with Talling being taken off after 43 minutes and Hunt lasting just 13 minutes after coming on as a substitute. This latest development comes after England lost several players from the second row due to pregnancy, including Zoe Stratford, Abbie Ward, and Rosie Galligan. England head coach John Mitchell stated that the team may have to rely on back-rowers for the rest of the competition, saying, "We will make it work if we have to." Talling and Hunt will remain with the England squad to consult specialists before beginning their rehabilitation at their respective clubs. The RFU has confirmed that Sydney Gregson and Haidee Head have joined the squad to prepare for the upcoming match against Scotland at Murrayfield.
