Following his win, Sinner expressed his satisfaction with the match, stating, "I feel like it was a step forward today. It was a very tough match, and I knew I had to improve in certain areas. "I started the match well and had opportunities to take a two-break lead, but I lost my rhythm momentarily. However, I regained my footing and played aggressively, which gave me a lot of confidence." Alcaraz will face hometown favorite Valentin Vacherot in the semifinals. Vacherot made history as the first Monegasque player to reach the semifinals at Monte Carlo, saving 13 break points to defeat Alex de Minaur 6-4, 3-6, 6-3.
