Now, he continues to impress, fueling discussions about his potential debut on the international stage.
Sooryavanshi's remarkable abilities were on full display during his debut IPL season, where he scored a 35-ball hundred as a 14-year-old, and he has continued to thrive in the 2026 edition with the Rajasthan Royals. With two 15-ball fifties under his belt, against the Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bengaluru, he is currently the third-highest run-scorer in the tournament, boasting 200 runs from five innings at an impressive strike rate of 263.15. Although a golden duck in a recent match against the Sunrisers Hyderabad served as a reminder that Sooryavanshi is human, his exceptional ball-striking power, physical presence, and composure at the crease have left seasoned professionals in awe.
India and Rajasthan Royals wicketkeeper-batter Dhruv Jurel praised Sooryavanshi, saying, "We just cannot believe how someone can hit like that. He is a great talent and we feel good that he is in our team.
