Women's T20 World Cup 2026 Prize Fund Gets a Boost

The International Cricket Council has confirmed a significant increase in the total prize fund for the Women's T20 World Cup 2026, which is set to take place in England and Wales this summer. The winning team will receive $2.34m, while the runners-up will take home $1.17m. Notably, all participating teams are guaranteed a minimum of $247,500, more than double the amount from 2024. The tournament is just 60 days away, with England set to face Sri Lanka at Edgbaston to kick off the event.
