MVP has previously staged Taylor's last two contests against Amanda Serrano. Nakisa Bidarian, co-founder of MVP, has suggested Caroline Dubois as a potential opponent for Taylor's final bout. Alternatively, the winner of the upcoming WBA lightweight title fight between Holly Holm and Stephanie Han could also be a suitable opponent.
Bidarian has expressed his willingness to collaborate with Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing to stage the event. Hearn has ruled out the possibility of Taylor fighting on the undercard of Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua, also rumored to take place at Croke Park.
