England Rugby Star Ellie Kildunne Opens Up About Her Struggle with Body Dysmorphia

England rugby star Ellie Kildunne has spoken out about her secret struggle with body dysmorphia, which began during the 2020 coronavirus lockdown. Despite her impressive performance in the Rugby World Cup, scoring five tries, including a notable solo effort in the 33-13 win over Canada, Kildunne reveals she felt isolated and alone after the tournament. In a recent interview, she discussed her experiences with unhealthy weight loss and an eating disorder that developed when she was unable to play competitive rugby during the pandemic. Kildunne, who has released her autobiography 'Game Changer', explained how she would see herself as bigger in the mirror, despite being considered small in the rugby world. She credits a physio session at her previous club, Wasps, with helping her to address the issue and is now speaking out to help others who may be struggling with similar problems. Kildunne, who now plays for Harlequins, says she feels in control and wants to use her platform to show that nobody is perfect, including England rugby players.
