Rangers Footballer Dujon Sterling Faces Court Charges for Alleged Drunk Driving

Dujon Sterling, a 26-year-old Rangers player, has made a court appearance to face charges related to alleged dangerous and drunk driving. The incident occurred on January 4 in Glasgow City Centre, where it is claimed he drove at high speeds, posed a risk to other road users, and lost control of his vehicle. Additionally, he is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, with a breath test showing 60 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres, exceeding the legal limit of 22 microgrammes per 100 millilitres. This incident happened a day after Rangers' 3-1 win over Celtic, in which Sterling participated. During his appearance at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sterling did not enter a plea, and the case has been scheduled for a further hearing on May 5.
