Bournemouth Eyes Replacement for Iraola, with Rose as Frontrunner

Marco Rose is reportedly the top candidate to succeed Andoni Iraola as Bournemouth's head coach. The club has a shortlist of three potential replacements, including Ipswich's Kieran McKenna. Bournemouth aims to appoint Iraola's successor quickly, following the announcement of his departure at the end of the season. Rose, who was sacked by RB Leipzig in March 2025, is available and has the necessary experience, having won silverware and participated in the Champions League. McKenna, meanwhile, is focused on securing promotion with Ipswich. Another name being considered is Inigo Perez, Iraola's former assistant, although he is not currently on the shortlist. The club seeks to install a new head coach promptly to begin planning for the next season, which may include European competition.
