Riakporhe Aims to Strike Fear in the Heavyweight Division

Richard Riakporhe is set to compete in his third heavyweight bout as he challenges Jeamie TKV for the British title on Saturday. The London natives will face off on the undercard of the highly anticipated Tyson Fury vs Arslanbek Makhmudov fight at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Following his loss to Chris Billam-Smith in the WBO cruiserweight title challenge, Riakporhe transitioned to the heavyweight division, where he has already secured knockout victories over Kevin Nicolas Espindola and Tommy Welch. Riakporhe now seeks to claim his first title in the division. He intends to unleash a formidable display of power against TKV. In an interview with Sky Sports, Riakporhe stated, "Those who underestimate me are mistaken - I am a force to be reckoned with in the heavyweight division, and soon everyone will know it." He warned that his opponents will soon be singing his praises, saying, "Beware of the 'Midnight Train,' he's a terrifying fighter." TKV's aggressive fighting style may pose a challenge for Riakporhe, but the challenger cautioned, "You're taking on a formidable puncher, and one misstep could be costly over the course of 12 rounds." Riakporhe expressed his confidence, saying, "I haven't yet had the opportunity to showcase my skills, but that's about to change, and it's going to happen soon."
