Richard Riakporhe is set to compete in his third heavyweight bout as he challenges Jeamie TKV for the British title on Saturday. The London-born boxer will face off against his opponent at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, on the undercard of the highly anticipated Tyson Fury vs Arslanbek Makhmudov fight. Following his loss to Chris Billam-Smith in the WBO cruiserweight title challenge, Riakporhe transitioned to the heavyweight division, where he has secured knockout victories over Kevin Nicolas Espindola and Tommy Welch. Now, he is determined to claim his first title in the division. Riakporhe aims to deliver a dominating performance against TKV, showcasing his formidable power. In a statement to Sky Sports, Riakporhe asserted, "I'm a serious contender in the heavyweight division, and those who underestimate me do so at their own peril." He warned that his opponents will soon come to recognize his abilities, saying, "They'll be talking about me, promoting my name, and cautioning others to beware of the 'Midnight Train' because I'm a force to be reckoned with." However, TKV's aggressive fighting style could pose a challenge for Riakporhe.
