Nicky Richards Seeks to Extend Winning Streak at Hexham

Following an impressive eight consecutive wins, Nicky Richards is set to send three runners to Hexham for the National Hunt action. Jamesieconn will be chasing a fourth consecutive win for the in-form Richards team, having shown a liking for the three-mile trip and good ground when scoring at Carlisle last time out. The seven-year-old has been raised 5lbs to a mark of 100, which may pose a challenge, but with Danny McMenamin on board, he may still rise to the occasion. Streamsforth Lad, despite having placed in various hurdle and chase races, is yet to secure a win and will be looking to break his duck. Meanwhile, Stuart Coltherd's Rightbackatyou will be seeking to build on his recent performance behind Scottish King. Nicky Richards will also be sending out Young Getaway for his chasing debut, a year after his defeat over hurdles to That One, who will also be making his debut over fences. Other notable entries include Hollie Doyle's mount Albasheer and the consistent Heads Or Harps. With several talented horses in the running, the competition is expected to be fierce.
