Lampard and Hellberg Among Nominees for EFL Manager of the Season Award

The nominees for the EFL Championship Manager of the Season award have been announced, with Frank Lampard, Alex Neil, Sergej Jakirovic, and Kim Hellberg making the shortlist. The winners of all the awards will be revealed live on Sky Sports Football on April 19. Lampard, who has led Coventry City to the top of the table, is joined by Neil, Jakirovic, and Hellberg, whose teams are all in contention for promotion. The EFL Championship Player of the Season award will be contested by Hayden Hackney, Carl Rushworth, Femi Azeez, and Zan Vipotnik, who have all played key roles in their teams' promotion pushes. In League One, the Manager of the Season award nominees include Michael Skubala, Graham Alexander, Brian Barry-Murphy, and Alex Revell. The Player of the Season award in League One will be contested by Dom Ballard, Owen Bailey, Jack Moylan, and Sonny Bradley. In League Two, the Manager of the Season award nominees are Andy Woodman, Paul Warne, Micky Mellon, and Neil Harris, while the Player of the Season award will be contested by Aaron Drinan, Mitch Pinnock, Callum Paterson, and Omar Sowumni. The EFL Young Player of the Season awards will be given out divisionally, and the EFL Teams of the Season and Goal of the Season will be revealed on the night. The Contribution to League Football and Sir Tom Finney awards will also be presented, recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions to the sport.
