Garcia, who won the WBC welterweight title in February, responded by saying 'I'm down. Garcia vs Benn. Let's do it.' Benn's win, which improved his record to 25-1, was at a catchweight 3lb above the welterweight limit. He is now ready to move down to 147lb to face Garcia.
