Sutton Rules Out Celtic's Title Hopes, Tips Hearts or Rangers for Victory
Former Celtic player Chris Sutton has expressed his doubts about his old team's ability to secure their 14th league title since 2011, instead backing either Hearts or Rangers to take the top spot. With just five games remaining in the Scottish Premiership, the competition has become increasingly fierce, with all three teams having won their recent matches. Sutton believes it will be a challenge too great for Celtic to overcome, saying, "It's impossible to predict, but I think it's between Hearts and Rangers." The recent wins have left Hearts at the top of the table, one point ahead of Rangers, and two points ahead of Celtic. Despite the uncertainty, Sutton remains convinced that Celtic's chances of winning are slim. Rangers player Scott Arfield, however, thinks it's too early to rule out any of the contenders, stating, "The next game is always the most important, but of course, Rangers look at where they think they can win and have belief in where they can win." The title race is expected to go down to the wire, with no room for error for any of the teams involved.
