Rangers Footballer Dujon Sterling Appears in Court on Drink Driving Charges

Dujon Sterling, a Rangers football player, has made a court appearance to face charges of dangerous driving and driving under the influence. The 26-year-old allegedly drove recklessly on several roads in Glasgow's city center on January 4, putting other road users at risk and losing control of his vehicle. Additionally, he is charged with drink driving on the same date, with a reported 60 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 22mcg per 100ml. This incident occurred after Sterling played in a match against Celtic, which Rangers won 3-1. During his appearance at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sterling did not enter a plea, and the case has been adjourned until May 5 for a further hearing.
