Conor Benn Sets Sights on Ryan Garcia for World Title Showdown

Following his unanimous decision victory over Regis Prograis, Conor Benn has expressed his eagerness to challenge WBC welterweight champion Ryan Garcia. Benn's win, which took place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, was a hard-fought battle that saw him overcome several head clashes and cuts to his eye. Immediately after the fight, Benn turned his attention to Garcia, saying 'Garcia, I want my belt! Keep my belt warm' in a social media video. Garcia, who won the WBC welterweight title in February, has since responded, saying 'I'm down. Garcia vs Benn. Let's do it.' Benn's record now stands at 25-1, with his only professional defeat coming at 160lb against Chris Eubank Jr, a loss he later avenged. Having fought most of his career at welterweight, Benn is now poised to move down to 147lb to face Garcia.
