In recent years, Skelton has faced intense competition from Mullins in the final weeks of the season. However, with limited Closutton representation in the last two weekends, Skelton is poised to savor his victory. Mullins, who trails by £2,094,034, conceded defeat and congratulated Skelton on his Grand National win with I Am Maximus. This clears the path for Skelton to celebrate his victory ahead of receiving the trophy at Sandown Park on April 25.
