Beau Greaves' Unbeaten Streak of 114 Wins Ends with Defeat to Fallon Sherrock

Beau Greaves' remarkable 114-match winning streak on the PDC Women's Series circuit came to a close as she suffered a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Fallon Sherrock during a double-header event in Wigan on Saturday. Greaves, the three-time WDF World Darts Championship winner, had previously achieved 113 consecutive victories and 17 titles in a row. Her winning run was halted by Sherrock in the second round of Event Five, with Sherrock averaging 102.12 to secure the win. Sherrock went on to reach the final, only to be beaten 5-3 by veteran Lisa Ashton. Greaves, a two-time women's World Matchplay champion, had not tasted defeat on the Women's Series circuit since losing to Gemma Hayter in April 2025. The top winning streaks on the circuit include 114 wins by Greaves, 70, 41, 29, 21, 20, and 19 wins by various players. Greaves quickly bounced back from her defeat, winning the second tournament of the day, Event Six, by defeating Hayter 5-0 in the final. Throughout the event, the 22-year-old conceded just six legs, averaging nearly 99 in her opening round demolition of Laura van den Berg. Hayter had also performed well, surrendering just one leg in her progression to the Event Six decider, before being defeated by Greaves in the final. The Women's Series action will continue with Events Seven and Eight, also in Wigan, on Sunday. The top three players from the final PDC Women's Series rankings will qualify for the 2026/27 Paddy Power World Darts Championship, while the top eight players on the rolling 12-month rankings will compete in July's Betfred Women's World Matchplay.
